Easter

I am always so happy when Easter arrives. Not because of the violent habits that come with it here. But because of the joy of rebirth, new beginning, spring of new life!

Winter-land

I've add new listing on my shop on Etsy. It's from series of winter landscapes. It's my goal in last weeks to somehow catch the atmosphere of it.

I have pictures with now snow,
with snow,
with trees,
without trees,
just coloured winter atmosphere,
sketches,
collages,
paintings...

not all of them fits to my seeing of the land in winter, but some of them are quite close. It's hard to do it and avoid the kitschy sentiment.

dry winter

it's dry winter this year. i think of the winter last year. there was so much snow! i am waiting for the blizzard, but nothing comes.

these hills can be seen all over middle Bohemia. plane, green, wet from rain, sad.

sketches

i bought pentel brush pen i dreamed about for quite a long time.
i sketch again, thanks god. hope it's going to last some time.
well it certenly needs some amount of concentration and good will to stick to regular sketching.

i just spended beautifull afernoon being ill and drawing ornaments according to these really clever links  (1, 2).
i am very poor in drawing sence i came back from lithuainia. i hope i will be able to restart again.

she wears great dresses and menage to take really good photos of her self. although i am not fan of this self-exhibiting photos, i have to admitt she's really damn good at it.

i am largening my death collection. a alaso started little strip and i really enjoy it. i hope to publish it soon.

well, sometimes it's so desperately hard to get into drawings. although i know not many people read my blog and although i know i am not really thorough in posting schedule this small internet space is sometimes the only way that keeps me in doing something free and imaginatory.

outside is quite dark and light in my stove is burning. well these are the perfect conditions for drawing something like this.

i bought new camera the other day on flea market. it's FED 5 and i heard all the ebst about it.

cannot wait to see my first shots alive.

therapy

this is one type of therapy i found out.
my anxieties will not disapear, but at least i can invite them to join my creative process.
and we are spending nice days. me and my anxiety of death.

i hope our relationship will get better and better. i don't want to die some day and find myself in bad relations with pale rider.

as i am in vilnius for my internship it was necessary to vsit sea. and especialy Kuršiu nerija. that special and amazing place.

summer diaries

some of summer diaries.
i am getting ready to leave czech republic and spend four months in lithuania. i hope i'll get much more scatches there.

well why not to try this.

well and it isn't. all you need is this:


the paper has to by tin and you can work with tracer, to make lines clear and white acctualy white.
be exact and you can make your own gif animation very easely.

i made the The Walking, The Smile (that i can't load on the blog for some reason...), but best of all was this abstract piece of Something.

smell of the woods

still experimenting with painting.
painter collection of booooooom is my big inspiration.

my attempt is to catch the nature of forest as i see it.
this is how i tried to paind image that jumped into my head while came for walk in woods and smelled the beauty of morning misty heat around. not a perfect try, but a way for sure.

I am prepareing performance for Vilnius's Theatre Lele.
The best way to think is to draw.

This is very bad photo of one of my draw-thoughs. Circus in doomed land. Postapocalptic surface of Earth destroied by some unknown desaster and little tent of fun and loughter sitting in it. Good starting point of rehearsing, I think.
